What areas do you cover?

We cover Hillsbourough county, and the surrounding areas in florida for FULL SETUPS . ASK FOR TRAVEL FEES OUTSIDE OF FLORIDA. Treats and other items are shipped NATIONWIDE.

How far in advance should i order ?

The farther in advance that your order is placed is always the best bet ,we do recommend 2-3 months out ,we know life has a way of throwing curve balls so we do allow RUSH JOBS (fee)

Who sets up the equipment?

WR PARTY TREATS &EVENTS will set up all the equipment for the party and make sure it's perfect! It will take around 1HR to set up . You will need to ensure there is sufficient space already cleared for our arrival with adequate tables and chairs for your event.

How much space is required for setup ?

Any event can be customized to any space give us your vision and we will create it. If you are limited to space let us know and we can discuss before booking.

How to book?

We need a 50% non refundable retainer to book your preferred date. The remainder of the balance is due 7 days before the event. We can accept cash on occassion. ( if approved) Please be advised until payment is received dates are not fully confirmed.

How can payments be made?

We accept, Debit/Credit card & Bank transfer for deposit. Balance can be paid by Debit/Credit card, Bank transfer or cash balance on the day of set up.

Can i make changes to a customized order?

You are allowed one change during the first customized proof, after that is approved no other changes can be made but please feel free to let us know if any information change before the event.

Last Minute Orders

We do supply last minute orders on some purchases, there will be a RUSH FEE of $50.00 added to the bill
